Just randomly looked up this place via Google, walked in, was a little busy but nevertheless I order what was called “Crazy Cookie Dreams”. Definitely good, the glass jar is almost 2 dollars more and you get to keep it. Perfect place for a date night or just a treat for something sweet. I'll definitely be back :-)

The staff at Crazy Mason Concord is amazing. I got the Banana Split 3 Flavors. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping customers. The Ice Cream is amazing quality. They were patient when answering questions about the menu and made sure everything was right with our order. Even though the place was busy on a holiday, they stayed positive, worked efficiently, and created a fun atmosphere. Great customer service can make a big difference, and the staff here definitely helped make the experience memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I got the nachos hot fudge ice cream. It was like eating sugar mixed with cream. Like extremely unbelievably sweeet! I understand its ice cream but it overly sweet to even enjoy it... Even my friend got the banana pudding that too was extra sweet. Some friends got the ice creams in small cups that were comparatively ok but still they do not have the variety of options available in smaller sizes. I felt like they serve ice cream that are insta worthy to post but not eat lol. And not to mention the insane prices

Visited The Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar and it was such a fun experience! The milkshakes were huge, loaded with toppings, and tasted amazing 🍦🔥 Staff was friendly, service was quick, and the whole place had a cool vibe. Perfect spot if you love desserts and sweet cravings. Definitely worth visiting at least once!

Nice unique shake and ice cream bar. The shakes are great here unique and delicious. I got the Cookie Dough milkshake. It was delicious. Not cheap $14.00 to get in a plastic cup and $17.00 to get it in their glass cup. But it is worth the price.
